How to See Biblical Miracles Today?

As Christians, it can be difficult waiting for a miracle to happen in our lives, especially in times when we need a miracle the most. There’s no specific solution to seeing and experiencing miracles in our life. We can’t control when they happen nor do we know what God has planned for us, especially the miracles that He performs in our lives.

However, we can continue to put our faith and trust in God that He is working, and that one day, He will give us a miracle or improve our current situation, which might be a miracle in itself.

At times, it can feel quite frustrating not being able to feel or see any difference in our situation or in our lives, and feeling like we won’t be getting a miracle, but that’s when God wants us to keep trusting Him and know that He always has a plan for us.

Continuing in prayer and lament, and studying the scripture are ways to get closer to God to be able to hear His voice and let Him guide you during times of your life. The closer we get to God and strengthen our relationship with Him, the more peace we feel. We are able to trust God in anything and everything He does for us.

Sometimes, God puts us through waiting periods and seasons of our lives to test us to see how much we rely and trust in Him, and if we stay faithful to His word.

Of course, you can be doing all these things and still not be experiencing the miracle or the breakthrough that you want and need at the moment. Sometimes, God doesn’t give us what we want and need at the exact time because it isn’t the right time for us. He can see what is going to happen in our life down to the specific time and day. God knows best as to when He is going to perform a miracle and when, even if it is not on our own timing.

Other times, God may seem silent because He knows that we have the necessary tools and skills to overcome and get through whatever situation we are experiencing. When we are going through a difficult time, God doesn’t just take away the problem and give us a simple solution with a snap of a finger. He moves through us by giving us new thoughts and beliefs, and motivates us to get through the problems ourselves.

It would be nice if God could give us the answers any time and every time that we need it, but the reason why He does not is so that we can learn to rely and trust on no one but God, and we continue to grow in our faith. In the future, we are better equipped to approach problems and situations better.

Seeing biblical miracles isn’t simply a cause-and-effect situation, it is meant for us to trust God and let Him work in our lives, and at the right time and when we don’t see it coming, that is when God works the miracle in our lives.
